The aforementioned companies undertake to jointly attend to the exercise of data subjects’ rights, as well as to comply with the same privacy and data protection standards. To this end, the parties perform the corresponding joint risk analysis with respect to the information they process as joint controllers, and document the life cycle of the data and the processing activities they perform, establishing joint technical and organizational measures to ensure the security, availability, integrity, confidentiality and resilience of the personal data processed.

TO WHOM IS YOUR DATA COMMUNICATED?

The data will only be communicated in cases where it is necessary for the fulfillment of legal obligations imposed on the Data Controller, to the extent that such transfer is mandatory. HOW LONG IS THE INFORMATION RETAINED?

The period for which the information is kept will vary according to the type of processing:

The information collected through the contact form will be retained for the period necessary to respond to the request for consultation or information that the User has requested; thereafter, the data will be deleted, unless the nature of the query or request requires the retention of your information for other purposes, in which case we will inform you about the purpose of processing, the retention period and recipients of data, in the terms that apply.
SENDING OF COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS The information of recipients of commercial communications will be kept indefinitely unless the User requests to unsubscribe from receiving further communications, in which case, we will unsubscribe the data and include them in our Robinson List in order to ensure that no further commercial mailings are made.
EMPLOYMENT In the event that you provide us with your resume, the information will be retained for a maximum period of two years. After this period, we will proceed to delete your data.

All information provided by the User must be truthful and accurate. For these purposes, the User must ensure the authenticity of all data provided as a result of the completion of the corresponding forms. In order to register and/or fill in any form, the User will have to provide all the data contained in such forms as mandatory, guaranteeing that the data provided are accurate and adequate to reality. The variation of your data must be notified as soon as possible to VÉRTICE. In any case, the User shall be solely responsible for any false or inaccurate statements made, and for any damages caused to VÉRTICE or third parties, for the information provided. The non-communication or incomplete communication of mandatory personal data may result in the impossibility to provide the requested service.

WHAT ARE YOUR DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS?

The General Data Protection Regulation recognizes different rights of the data subject in relation to the processing of his or her personal data. Below, we inform you about each of these rights and indicate the channels through which you can direct, where appropriate, the corresponding request:

PORTABILITY You will have the right to receive the personal data concerning you, which you have provided to the Company, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and to transmit it to another data controller without being prevented by the Company, where the processing is based on consent, and is carried out by automated means. When exercising your right to data portability, you will have the right to have personal data transmitted directly from data controller to data controller where technically feasible. This right to portability does not apply to processing necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority. The right to portability shall not extend to data that the Company has inferred from data derived directly from the use of the services provided.
OPOSITION
